Where is your store?
On November 5th 2005 we opened our doors for retail sales. We are located near downtown Eau Claire at 772 1st Avenue.

Is there a delivery fee?
We currently have no delivery fee for our weekly local food service in the city of Eau Claire, though due to fuel costs we do have to add $5 to deliveries under $25 that are outside of our normal area. We also charge $5 for home delivery of our monthly Buying Club orders through Natural Farms.

Can you deliver to my office?
Yes we will delivery anywhere within our service area, we recommend you have storage or a cooler available.

What if I'm not home when you deliver?
Most of our customers leave a cooler with ice out on a porch, on their front step, or in their garage. Some customers have an extra refrigerator or freezer that we deliver to.

When will my delivery come?
Deliveries start around 10am on Fridays and go until we are done. We cannot guarantee a delivery time at this point, but if you have special requirements please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

How do I pay?
Most of our customers prepay for their convenience. You may pay us upon delivery if you are home, or leave a check for an estimated total. We keep track of all invoices and payments and can give you an exact total due upon your request. A few of our customers wait until the following week or month to pay the exact bill.

Is there a membership fee?
We are a worker owned cooperative, and the only members are the workers. We have no membership fee for our customers.

What weight will the meat I ordered be?
Our meat suppliers take their animals to local butchers. The packages are in random weights, and we don’t know the weight of your ordered product until we get it fresh from the farmer. We list average weights on our order form for your convenience, and will bill you for the exact amount upon delivery.

I live a few miles outside of Eau Claire, will you deliver to me?
We currently deliver to a few areas outside the city limits of Eau Claire. Please contact us and we will let you know if you are within our delivery area.

Is the milk raw?
No, all Crystal Ball Farms dairy products are all pasteurized at their state-of- the-art bottling plant.
