just local dinner

This is what we're having for dinner with our neighbor tonight. All from Just Local Food! From top left: Beaver Creek Ranch porkchops; fresh organic white mushrooms grown in nearby Eden Wisconsin; organic russett potatoes; and fresh green beans that don't just "taste" fresh, they are fresh - picked just days ago in sunny Florida and flown to us. A sinful treat, come and get some while they are fresh!

This is what will happen to the chops & shrooms. The beans just need butter and some Zalta. Ditto with the russets!
