Herby, the "Soul-Proprietor" of Bullfrog Fish Farm (Menomonie, WI), will be on premises this Thursday, August 25th from 3:30-5:30 pm sampling his magnificent trout: smoked trout fillets, smoked trout spreads, and fresh trout fillets fried in a well-buttered skillet.
